What is Peridot Pathways?

An online preparation, education and treatment readiness support group, designed for individuals who wish to begin medicine assisted therapy in a clinic setting.

The aim of the group is to:

  • Provide education about MDMA and psilocybin assisted therapy, in addition to the patient’s treating team (prescriber or therapists)

  • Educate participants on the nature psychedelic experiences, how to make the most of the treatment, and prepare themselves for the best outcomes possible 

  • Equip participants with psychological strategies; 

    • to facilitate coping with medication reduction

    • To assist navigating dosing sessions, integration beyond including mindfulness, emotion awareness practices and grounding strategies

  • This group is designed for individuals considering or preparing for legal psychedelic assisted therapy, anyone seeking treatment for PTSD or treatment resistant depression is welcome to attend. This group is also ideal for anyone ceasing or changing psychiatric medication who would benefit from psychological support.

  • The group runs over 8 weeks and is facilitated online. 

  • Clinical Psychologist Monica Schweickle, who is an experienced MDMA and psilocybin assisted therapist.

  • Enquiries and GP or Psychiatrist referrals can be sent to admin@peridotclinic.com. You will be contacted for an intake assessment before being offered a place in the group to ensure the program is right for you. With your permission, we work closely with your treating team regarding your care.
