Tamara Coughlan

Tamara Coughlan is an Occupational Therapist and Integrative Psychotherapist who blends somatic, transpersonal, and trauma-informed approaches in her work. Her practice bridges evidence-based methods with an openness to the unfolding of psyche and spirit, offering a supportive space for clients to process experience, reconnect with themselves, and move toward healing.

With a background in occupational therapy and extensive training across a range of modalities, Tamara brings a grounded, nuanced presence to her work. She facilitates silent meditation retreats, and her life is also deeply shaped by her love of dance and her role as a mother to a spirited five-year-old.

Tamara is committed to lifelong learning and is currently deepening her understanding of medicine-assisted therapy, non-ordinary states, and the transformative potential of the therapeutic relationship.
